Elsa’s Blend ™ Floélle blend should not be used a a suppliment for fish Oil that contains EPA and DHA compounds. The Omega 3 compounds found in Floélle are CLA (Conjugated Linoliec Acids) and ALA (Alpha Linilenic Acids) which are plant based essential Omega 3 Fatty Acids that may serve a different purpose based on your condition. Please consult with you physician for more advice.

How do I prepare the tea?

Pour 8 ounces of freshly boiled water over a single tea bag and let it stand covered brewing for 4-5 minutes (more time if desired).  Stir with a spoon and add sweetener if/as desired.  It is very important that tea bag remain submerged in the cup while drinking to maximize on the potency of the herbs.
